Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Prepare Equipment

Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in its original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Product

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and arrange for a freight carrier pickup or drop-off as instructed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
